a diabetic client should maintain optional diet,prevent complications while i may not be on a specific diet as they do.as a nurse i will reguest more of walking to the client
ReplyDeleteI use to workout out three days a week before i started nursing school,but now is hard for me to workout for one day because of my busy schedule between work and school.But still,i try to stay very active and i try to workout when ever i can.I know i need to do more to stay in good shape,but am trying.The best exercise that is good for the body is cadio and lifting weight is very good for the body.
ReplyDeleteMy BMI is ok according to my height and weight.As at right now am not at risk for any illness or diseases.I think is very satisfactory for my age.Am not over-weight,my waist to my hip ratio is ok.I think i have andriod body shape.this tells me that i need to active.
ReplyDeleteI try to work out 3 times a week. My workout usually consists of cardio. I do believe that is the best exercise for me. Eating right & exercise go hand in hand.
