The foods I ate yesterday were: Taco Bell for lunch, because I was in a hurry & skipped breakfast so I was starving. I had 2 chicken soft taco supremes with a Sierra Mist to drink. It was quick and easy to just go through the drive through. I'm sure it wasnt very healthy but it was all about convenience.
ReplyDeleteI had Ramen noodles for dinner with saltine crackers. Since I really didnt feel like cooking this seemed like a good choice. They are not healthy at all. They have an extremely high sodium content & eating saltine crackers with it made the sodium even worse.
